1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phil168 ("phil168," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phil168 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. phil168 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on phil168, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on phil168. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phil168 supports a range of payment methods that are appropriate for Filipino players and compliant with Philippine financial regulations. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phil168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phil168 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
• Identity Verification: phil168 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawal requests. This is a regulatory requirement and is designed to protect players from fraud and money laundering.

5 Gaming Rules

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phil168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phil168 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward phil168 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your phil168 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phil168 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phil168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phil168.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Use the phil168 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of phil168's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phil168.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phil168 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors.
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phil168's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phil168's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

phil168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings page.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

phil168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in phil168's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phil168 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phil168 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phil168, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. phil168 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Nothing in this section shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
